제품설명
특징
본 시스템은 Roll to Roll 방식의 인쇄,건조 시스템으로 SR잉크를 균일하게 인쇄,
건조하는In-line system 입니다.
제품의 인쇄 정합 도를 높이기 위해 Vision system을 개발 탑재 하였습니다.
Winder 와 Re winder에 EPC system 을 장착 하여 사행을 방지하고 있으며 Buffer
투입 단에 CCD Vision system 을 탑재하여 Y축에 대한 보정을 실행함.
Re winder의 구동은 Servo motor를 적용하여 충격 없이 균일한 속도로 되감습니다.
